I offer psychotherapy services through two clinics: my private practice, Park Therapy & Wellness and North Star Mental Health where I am a staff therapist. Below are the details of which practice site I will work with you through depending on your insurance plan or if you choose private pay.

Park Therapy & Wellness works with:

Minnesota Medicaid
Private Pay cash rate: $300 for first intake appointment, $250 per 55 minute session thereafter.

North Star Mental Health works with:
HealthPartners (including Medical Assistance)
Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Medical Assistance)
Cigna/Evernorth

I can also provide you a Superbill if you have an insurance plan not listed above but includes out-of-network benefits. I strongly suggest reviewing the details of your insurance coverage and/or contacting their member services department.

As of January 1, 2022, a new federal law, the No Surprises Act, requires providers to offer a Good Faith Estimate for individuals wanting to receive medical care who are uninsured or choose to not use insurance. This explains the estimated out-of-pocket costs for mental health services prior to beginning therapy.
